Hello there!

I just discovered this group today and am pleased to make my first
contribution. I know that I haven't posted much to the official
transcripts site recently but work has been very busy recently. A
post left by Artimus last November stated that as far as he knew, I
would be finishing the Hartnell transcripts. This isn't the case. The
only episodes that I have on video that are not transcribed yet are
the later episodes of "The War Machines". As there is a danger that I
would be covering the same ground as Rynad, I thought I would move
forward a few years and therefore have updated episode 1 of "Terror
of the Autons" and done new transcripts for the latter three episodes
of this story and the first two episodes of "The Mind of Evil". These
are attached as files. I've started work on the third episode of this
story and my intention is to carry on until all of season eight is
done.

If that wasn't enough, I'm revising transcripts submitted some time
ago to the Earthbound Timelords site and have almost finished work on
episode 1 of "The Macra Terror", the current version of which has
several errors. More soon.

about a month or two ago.  PART 2 will be uploaded if people want to
read it

Sorry for the multiple messages but I tried to post here 4 times,

New (or should I saw old) Transcript up in the files section.  This
is a direct comparison between the novel and the "Video" version. Let
me know if there are questions, problems, or critques.

PART 2 is also been redone, and I'll post it if there's enough demand
for it.

As promised, The Curse of Fenric transcript is posted as a comparison
with the Novelisation.  PART 2 is ready for posting if anyone is
interested, but will only be posted if there is a want for it.

Boy what a mess all that was.  The messages took over several days
to post (don't ask me why).  But Anyway, if anyone's interested I

This is just an enquiry as to whether episodes 2-6 of the Sensorites
are done or awaited sometime soon.
If not I could do the remaining 5 to finally complete the original

"The Mind of Evil" episodes 5 and 6 have been added to the files as
well as "The Claws of Axos" episode 1. In response to the previous
two messages, I don't know of anyone who is doing the scripts
mentioned.

If you were enquiring with a view to transcribing I'd say that (As
far as I can remember) your list looks safe at the moment, so you can
pick one and add it to the list below.

On the other hand if you were wanting to read them, I don't know when
they'd be availible.
At the moment, I'm trying to get done the bits of the 60s no-one else
wants to do, and the others seem to be busy with their own things.

I believe these are the transcripts which are in production at the
present. It might be an idea for us to keep something like this to
avoid complications here.

I`m actsten38 & I`ve been visiting the site for a while.Now it`s time
to get involved.I`m also a member of YaWho-aka Random Fiction.
I`ve checked the message archive and I`d like to lay claim to "The
Time Warrior".

Hello there!  I've just joined the group and I love this concept!

I'm expecting a copy of "Mawdryn Undead" to arrive on VHS in the next
week or two.  When it does, I'd like to launch into that one.  Anyone
object?  Has anyone got "Mawdryn" already in process?

As you all know, there are lots of episodes that still need
transcribing and there aren't a massive amount of people to do it.
So, I was trying to think of how we could maybe find a way of making
transcribing easier so that we could get through all these episodes
quickly. What if we were all allocated certain episodes to transcribe
individually, so then once we had finished transcribing the episodes
we were given, we could come back and post them? That way,
transcribing would be made a lot easier and quicker and we could
probably get through all the episodes sooner.

I know there are things to consider like people may not have certain
episodes to transcribe and I know that it would take a while to do
but if people got involved and agreed to do it, we could then be
given episodes to go away and transcribe so that way we would know
what episodes were coming up and we could be certain that every
episode would get transcribed.

I'm not saying that this could be done very quickly as I know it
takes a long time to transcribe even one episode, but how would
people feel if we did start to do that?

And also I have THE SONTARAN EXPERIMENT to post in the next week or
so.

Look at the date of that post.  It's very close to April 1st...
