Hello Jane. I have gone through each month for 1953 and can confirm
that Watch With Mother was only shown on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Wednesday was added from September in that year. But Mondays and
Fridays had no Watch With Mother programme. On Fridays the
3.45pm/4.00pm slot was filled with either Newsreels, Historic Houses
Of England or a Science Review.
