The 'Matronly Voice' of early Andy Pandy/Bill and Ben episodes was
narrator: Julia Williams, I found after an internet search; Julia
also narrated 'Buzy Lizzie' tales as part of Picture Book. I cant
scource a pic of Julia anywhere though.
