Hi Jennifer and everyone,

I kept my July 26-Aug 1 issue of TV Guide I bought earlier this year and it
doesn't say when the Atlantis spin-off series will happen...the article
just says that it will happen on the Sci Fi Channel. (bummer-no cable
around here).

The article also says that Atlantis will take place in another galaxy and
the Stargate team will be led by civilians and headed by a woman. "There
also will be new villians including a bad guy who makes the Goa'uld look
tame by comparison," according to co-creator Brad Wright.

I'm hoping that this spinoff series will eventually be released on DVD's
one day. I already have the boxed sets of seasons 1 through 4.
