I think Weaknees has about anything you could want, except S1 remotes. I
got my Tivo HD with an upgraded drive, transferred my lifetime service
without issue, and they even included the original 160g drive for another
$50 for me, nice to have a backup drive sitting there ready should the 320g
ever die. They have many of the older units available, not sure if they are
refurb, used, or or just new/old stock. They offer installed upgrades for
most of them. I highly recommend them, my HD purchase went flawlessly.
One minor thing I didn't realize at the time. While the Tivo S3 boxes can
support a eSATA drive, the HD boxes have to have the MyDVR Expander version,
and further, if you purchased an upgraded internal drive like I did, you can
no longer add an external drive without some extra work to marry the drives
(something WK will do, but you have to send them your unit). Not a big
deal, even if I do ever need more space, I'd probably just go with a monster
internal drive anyway, but the eSATA external drive isn't as easy of an add
on as I'd have hoped.
