Welcome to The Time Lord Academy!

The revival of the TLA was the brainchild of Joseph Conlan and his brother-in-law Robert Moore. It was their hopes to re-establish a forum where “both classic and new info on the longest running Sci-Fi show around,” would once again become available to both American as well as British fans of Doctor Who. While this type of group is nothing new to the Internet, it was their hopes to carve out something special here in our little part of the Web. When Rob passed away in February of 2006, I was honored by Joe with his request that I take over as Moderator of the Group, and it is my sincerest hopes that I can do justice to both his, as well as my good friend Rob’s vission.

It is with that in mind that I clearly state here and now, that the TLA is a fan based endeavor produced and created by the average fan. There are no "experts" here, and any and all interested persons should feel free to contribute. Our long time motto has always been: "By the fans, for the fans," and I whole heartily encourage submissions.

So please, post messages, photos, story files, or just contact friends old and new alike. The important thing is that you enjoy yourself, and together we can make the TLA as popular as it ever was.
