This Week In Doctor Who has been proud to be associated with Outpost Gallifrey
in one form or another since July 1998 when this column began. Thanks for all
the glorious years.

Quiet week for Doctor Who (Torchwood gets most of the excitement - see Torchwood
This Week). There is an interesting bit of consolidation, though. Remember how
BBC Entertainment has spread through the Eastern Hemisphere? Some new
territories but also subdividing old BBC Prime ground? With the goal of having
the channel tailored with unique schedules in every country? Well, BBC
Entertainment India has been shut down, and Indian audiences are now getting
merged into BBC Entertainment Asia. They're probably getting a better deal this
way (certainly Doctor Who and Torchwood-wise), but it is odd to see this
pushback from the slow march to having every country on its own schedule.

For press releases on Doctor Who, keep an eye on the BBC Press Office
http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice and C21 Media http://www.c21media.net .

Listings for North and South America are in This Week In Doctor Who Western
Hemisphere. Sarah Jane Adventures, K9 and Podcasts are in This Week In Doctor
Who Spinoffs. Torchwood info is in Torchwood This Week.

Beginning with 19 July everything seems to shift 2 hours later without reason.
I'm assuming that's an error for now, especially with Primeval episode listings
mixed in with Doctor Who.
