The New Zealand Doctor Who Fan Club http://nzdwfc.tetrap.com
currently has a discussion on their main forum regarding rumors that
TV2 is finally premiering Torchwood Series 1 on Wednesday 9 July.

Australia - FOXTEL is going to launch a BBC HD channel as one of
their new HD services. No information on a premiere date yet.
Torchwood will be heavily featured.

UK - the UKTV channel suite is getting a makeover. As part of the
changes, a new contemporary drama channel (name not revealed yet)
should launch in September, with Torchwood as part of its lineup.

Canada - waiting for the channel alleged to have bought Torchwood
Series 2 to mention something about it. Don't want to name them if
they haven't bought it yet. Ztele will no doubt air Series 2 in
French and HD Net Canada is airing Series 1 in HD, so Series 2 may
also air there in HD, likely after the episodes premiere on another
Canadian station.

I am trying to find websites and station information for some of the
more elusive Torchwood sales. If you spot it airing or getting ready
to air in your country, and I've missed it, let me know so it gets
into the next edition and more fans get informed.
