It only requires a password if you've actually created a nation. You
should be able to look at any nation if you know it's name or use the
direct link that I posted in the link page.

BTW it seems that roving pack of spammers still has their link to
something toolbar.com or other stuck in the link page. Yahoo really
needs to do a better job policing this stuff or pretty soon all their
paying advertisers will just figure out that they can advertise for
next to nothing by spamming...
