I just recently saw my taped episode of the cops who
tortured a suspect because they thought he shot a cop.
Question: with all the high-powered lawyers on the
scene, why didn't it occur to any of them that they
could have stopped the torture instantly if one of
them had thought to call the Boston Globe? A member of
the press could have stopped it faster than the US
Supreme Court. But no, they spent hours and hours
trying to find some judge to issue an injunction. In
real life, a crowd would have gathered in a matter of
minutes with a possible riot. No police force would
want to risk that in this day and age.
And now I know why they rid of Helen Gamble - too many
of the TV audience were probably on her side. They
needed to get that despicable jerk white male Walsh to
make the firm look like the good guys.
So far this season, the only bright spot on the show
is the addition os Alan Shore. He's the only one there
with a shred of dignity and honor, even if he lacks
scruples now and then. They need to get rid of Jimmy.
I've had enough of his sniveling and incompetence. In
the real world, he would have been canned a long time
ago when he embezzled company funds to bet on the horses.
