Yeah, that is a strange schedule. Strangely, some of the repeated
weeks are ones that are often skipped, and some of the skipped weeks
are weeks that have never been skipped before! And, Dress Up is now
skipped for the 3rd year in a row! Also, many of the "annual
occasion weeks" are airing at different times this year. Strange
schedule.

Two theories about the repeated weeks:
1. Maybe they wanted to save money by reducing the number of weeks
cleared for broadcast
2. Maybe since many stations will air MRN once a week, on Saturday or
Sunday, they wanted to give some weeks 2 chances to air so that 2
different single episodes from those weeks could air on the weekend-
only stations
