It is hard to say, it might have been so sort of inside joke.
None was ever mentioned. The name was used for three different villainous
characters on the show, although Miss Partridge from Season Three could arguably
be seen as simply misguided due to her fervent desire to save her school--but
somehow I doubt it. K

Speaking of that....
Is the Partridge character, brought to life by the great Michael Rennie, have
any reference to Emily Partridge (George Sanders) from the first and second
seasons?

I am still working on the fourth season DVD's and will be adding more. What does
everyone think of the DVD set? Overall I think it is a good job but I wish they
would have added "previews of next weeks show" at the end of each show.
That is if it can be found and they have not been destroyed.

No problem. I had not seen those images anywhere else so I posted them here and
at Photobucket. The film was a let down but it still is a part of UNCLE history.
The Skull Mountain Affair, 46 pgs. It's Mardi Gras Carnival time in Rio, but
Napoleon and Illya opt for a pacu fishing vacation in the Amazon Basin. Their
choice for R&R is Jacareacanga. It's an isolated town on the Tapajos River, but
soon the trip becomes less than tranquil when Illya is captured and faces a
torturous vendetta.
Also available is The Down Under Affair, 39 pgs. (a sequel to TV-episode The
Children's Day Affair and a prequel to The Skull Mountain Affair) In this
adventure the agent's investigation of missing sheep and a disappearing THRUSH
scientist suggests the possibility of the development of an exceptionally deadly
toxin. The trail leads to Australia where Napoleon and Illya go up against a
THRUSH sadist more deadly than Mother Fear, and Illya is forced to play a deadly
game of Russian Roulette!
And, last but not least is The Sao Paulo Affair, 63 pgs. (a sequel to The Skull
Mountain Affair). It's back to the Amazon Basin on a confidential affair,
involving the son of a UN ambassador and a cocaine death. In Sao Paulo,
Napoleon and Illya are forced to enlist the help of two THRUSH enemies that they
encountered in Jacareacanga to solve the case. THRUSH, drug dealing, and
torture thrown in for good measure await our favorite spies!
Lots of hurt/comfort and fast-paced action in each story! All gen, no slash)
If interested, please E-mail me for story prices and my mailing address.
Thanks!

The perfect Christmas gift for yourself or MFU friend:
The 'Tis the Season to be Jolly Affair, 57 pgs. A sequel to Jill Thomasson's
The Do or Die Affair and TV-episode The Brain Killer Affair. The Christmas
season is less than jolly for Napoleon and Illya as they face new and old foes
in both Manhattan and Canada. $11.00 ppd USA This is a gen story, no slash
Excerpt: When Napoleon walked into Illya's kitchen, his fear was confirmed.
Illya lay face down on the tile floor in a puddle of water, his hands tied
behind his back. Matted, wet hair covered his head, he wasn't moving.
Napoleon turned him over and pushed the wet bangs from the broad forehead. The
pale skin was chilled, his eyelids and lips wore a blue tinge, he wasn't
breathing. Solo quickly rolled him over onto his stomach, used his pocket
knife to saw apart the cloth bindings, then began artificial respiration. The
silence in the room was deafening as the back pressure-arm lift method was
repeated. Come on, Illya, breathe. Dammit breath . . .
And new in print, The Rainbow's End Affair, 64 pgs. When their undercover
duties send Napoleon and Illya to the wild Borneo jungle, they must battle
THRUSH's Doctor "Grim" Reaper. Can they shut down his little shop of horrors
and survive? $12.00 ppd USA This is a gen story, no slash
Excerpt: Reaper shoved his red-angered face within inches of Illya's and
waggled a bony finger to stress his chilling ultimatum. "You don't seem to
understand, you have no choice! Help with my research or take the place of the
dead ape on that table!"
The threat was further enforced by Reaper's henchmen as they stepped forward,
rifle muzzles pointed at Kuryakin's head . . .

Affair. When a Russian prima ballerina decides to defect, it's a personal
affair for Illya. But when the KGB and THRUSH become involved, it becomes a
life and death battle for our favorite spies.

1. Does anyone have any movie stills of Monica in character, playing
Olga the cold hearted assassin?
There is a video clip on www.moviebadgirls.com, and a blurred still
photo on www.freewebtown.com/gunmoll/index.html in the best of the best
galleries, top 100 part 3, but nothing else anywhere.
2. Is the scene on OOOSiM where she supposed kills Lorelei Lancer,
after closing the bathroom door - "Close the Door"(we next see her
drowned in the bath), different from that in Bridge Of Lions Affair.
Seem to recall a still from that showing her strangling Miss Lancer
with the telephone cable
