Okay, here's a brief update:

I'm having a hard time writing right now. Maybe it's just burn out- I did write
6 stories in 2 years- but I'm having a hard time concentrating on writing right
now. That being said, I'm almost finished with re-writing Chapter 17 (I was
NEVER happy with the finished product- and while I may go back and re-write a
few more early chapters later, this one is the most pressing), and I've also
started on Chapter 18. I hope to get them out to my beta soon.

This story is not dead or abandoned, merely on extended leave.
