We welcome slash and gen discussion and fanfiction. Our list members will have differing interests and points of view and as a community we will respect that. We have zero tolerance for trolls and flames and we're one of the happiest, chattiest and most productive lists around :) You must be over 18 years of age to join.

Our show has moved on to a 10th season and so have we, but Alpha Gate remains a Season 6-free list. We part company from canon in S5's "Meridian" and don't rejoin it until Daniel Jackson rejoins SG-1 in S7's "Fallen." Cameron Mitchell and Vala Mal Doran are a part of SG-1 now, but we still love our original and best: Jack O'Neill, Daniel Jackson, Samantha Carter and Teal'c.
