Tammy is a former star of both UK Gladiators and South African Gladiators and better known as 'Fox' to millions of TV viewers. She was the only UK Gladiator to be recruited onto an overseas show.

A gifted all-round athlete and fitness expert Tammy loves a challenge and has even taken to the boxing ring at professional level. She has featured regularly on South African TV giving health and fitness advice and whilst living there also founded and ran a glossy national health and fitness magazine for men and women.

Now back in the UK Tam is still regularly asked about Gladiators and gives interviews to magazines and papers. She is also a qualified beauty technician and lecturer as well as a highly respected trainer who has worked with the likes of Robbie Williams.
