I see the equally delectable Alison Herd has only been standing in for
a week and has already had to put up with celebrity chat up lines.
Perhaps Mr Digance should have checked with her before telling
everyone they were getting married. We can only hope that GB does not
come on for my TV's sake

Hi,

just wanted to mention that I've created an unofficial website for my
heroine, Susie Dent. There are bits and pieces of info and pictures
of Susie scattered across the internet - and I have tried to bring
them altogether into one place with this site. I want to keep adding
to it and make it the number one source of Susie info, so if any other
Susiphiles out there have any ideas for improvements, or contributions
you would like to add, please let me know. The site, if you'd like to
take a moment to visit, is http://susiedent.awardspace.com

Cheers,

Ric.

I have noticed that during the second half of last week Des has
actually been allowing Susie to give explanations on the origins of
words. Does this mean we are going to see a return of the old word of
the day?

Obviously no-one has heard from that Brook kid. Shame. She is not
bouncing back emails so is out there somewhere.

From reading your backchat there seems a bit of history. Won't go
there.

Anyway, Susie definitely looking more mumsey with each show. She must
be almost there. Surely Countdown team aren't going to risk a live
birth. Yeuckkk! (Yeah, I know.... it's pre-recorded & edited).

Shall we have a straw poll on who will sit in as replacement. My
money is on (Mr Personality) Michael Wylie, although I'm secretly
hoping the seat remains firmly connected to a girl.

Anyone any other ideas?

She definitely is.  CD have confirmed that she will be taking some time off when the baby is due.  By my calculations she was more than a couple of months gone at the last finals - she must now be be nearly there.  There have been a number of side jokes and reference to 'conditions', 'roundness' and 'tummy' over the last few weeks - the worst offender was that prat Keith Baron.

Her whole bloody being is off-beam!
Carol's wardrobe is absolutely ridiculous. It always looks like she's had 10 different outfits cut up and sown together. Completely uncordinated. Her face is included in that LOL. I think Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre is more attractive!

Ok, well there's a nice "welcome to the group!" message, LOL.
