I Love Dean normally but I think Dean is blowing this thing with Sam all out of
proportion cause up until the last minute he thought he should Kill Lilith and
if he hadnt have put Sam in the cell in the first place maybe they would have
figured it out together. And as for the drinking of demon blood well he is just
recycling it has been said for along time power is in the blood. Not to mention
Sam can save a person when a demon enters the poor victum instead of the person
just dying.
not sure how I feel about Sam being "king of hell" but I sure like the rest of
it!

Right ! Dean dies but comes back "slightly " demonic. Perhaps he's put under a
post-hypnotic spell by Lilith to kill Sam the next time he sees him? So he runs
off with Ruby to avoid that happening. He & Ruby continue killing demons while
they hunt Lilith to get the spell removed. Dean fights to keep his humanity, he
begins to find it easier to give in to his dark impulses, he's almost as much of
a danger to the people he rescues as the demons he& Ruby hunts. Sam gets the
Colt & needs it to kill Lilith . If he kills Lilith, Sam becomes King of Hell &
can undo Dean's bargain. So the next season becomes Sam chasing after Dean &
Ruby while everyone is chasing after Lilith with Dean staying one step ahead of
Sam until the season finale. Sound good ?

I was bummed that they killed off
Agent Henricksen. I had hoped he would be someone to help them out in
the future when they had a run-in with the law.
I have to admit I was a little bit surprised that Bella sent the cops
after Sam and Dean. We all knew she was selfish but I didn't think she
would go so far as to get the law involved, if for no other reason that
it might end up getting the law after her too. Obviously it didn't turn
out that way, but I thought the possibility of it would have kept her
from calling them.

The glimpse of life without
Dean was a surprise. I definitely wasn't expecting that. Since Sam
remembers everything, I wonder how much it he told to Dean afterward.
I saw the previews of the Trickster too, luckily for me, once they were
done, my brain promptly forgot all about him so I had no idea what was
behind the time loop.
You said they "keep
staking" the Trickster. I only remember them doing that once in the
episode TALL TALES. Did they do it again in this episode and I missed
it?
As someone who lives in Oregon, I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't
catch this reference on the show, but I have heard of the "Oregon
Vortex" before.

Future Sam didn't turn into Dean, after all. He turned into an
emotionless, demon-hunting automaton.
Sam remembered everything that happened. I'm sure it's only going to
make him more determined to save Dean.
-- I wanted them to write the Trickster back in, but this one wasn't
quite as much fun as "Tall Tales." Unfortunately, they showed him in
the previews, so I knew right from the beginning who was causing the
time loop. Damn those previews.
-- I've heard of the Bermuda Triangle, but not the Oregon Vortex. It
apparently does exist. I did an internet search.
-- Tricksters can only be killed by a stake through the heart. Only
they keep staking him and he doesn't die. Probably because he keeps
tricking them into staking a simulation.

Thanks to the writer's strike, demon-hunting brothers Sam and Dean
winchester have just four episodes left. When the show returns, Dean's
devil-may-care attitude about his impending date with hell finally
changes. "Something big happens to him that makes him realize he
desperately wants to live and he desperately doesn't want to go to
hell," says exec producer Eric Kripke. In the meantime, the boys go
"dream walking in other people's dreams," according to Kripke. "the
action takes place inside these dreams, and you really get to see the
inner lives of the characters." We'll also learn how sexy hunter Ruby
became part demon; Kripke hints that "something surprising" about her
will be revealed. There's more pain when Agent Henricksen catches up
with the boys in a climactic showdown. and in the last episode of this
batch, Dean dies hundreds of times, "Groundhog Day" -- style, at least
in the mind of Sam. "It's actually quite funny," Kripke says. Only on
Supernatural.

First Look! Supernatural's
Graphic New Stories
by Ileane Rudolph
Supernatural: Rising Son courtesy DC ComicsSupernatural: Rising Son
There are only four episodes of Supernatural to go before the writers'
strike puts the demon-hunting Winchester brothers on hiatus. But fans
of the CW spookfest will get to enjoy the show in an alternative format
this spring when WildStorm, an imprint of DC Comics, launches
Supernatural: Rising Son, a six-issue miniseries. Following up on last
year's well-received Supernatural: Origins, this new arc debuts April
23.
Set a few years after Origins, the story picks up with an 11-year-old
Dean and a 7-year-old Sam traveling with their father, John. "Whereas
the first series was more about John and his becoming a hunter, this
one's much more of a dysfunctional-family story," explains writer Peter
Johnson, who's also a coexecutive producer on the TV show. "We're
really going to explore the differences between Sam and Dean in this
one. Dean is becoming aware of what his dad's up to and we'll see him
training and hunting a little bit, while John will start to key in on
something different about Sam."
Click here, here and here to preview some pages, and also check out the
cover.
((the links didn't come through when I copy &
pasted the article so here are the URL's for the preview pages.)
Johnson says readers should expect "freakier monsters," including "some
badass female villains and a big bad villain that may have something to
do with the TV show." Some familiar faces, including fellow hunter
Bobby, also show up. There's also a different artist this time around —
Diego Olmos (Manhunter), known for his detailing and facial
expressiveness — but the writers' strike has temporarily sidelined
Supernatural showrunner Eric Kripke, who had major input in Origins.
A third series is in the planning stages, which, Johnson hints, could
bring the story right up to the TV show's pilot. And here's some more
good news: a trade paperback collection of Origins will be published in
April and "there will be slight tweaks in the collected version,"
Johnson reveals. "I was sensitive to a lot of fan feedback that the
Impala [the show's signature automobile], in my story, was something
John picked up on the road. That did not sit well with the fans, so I
decided to make an editorial change, so that the Impala is already in
the Winchester family when the series opens."

What's Ahead
Girl power? On Supernatural? Pshaw.
When executive producer Eric Kripke first
announced he was bringing two women into the boys club that is Sam and
Dean Winchester, let's just say the fans were, um, skeptical. But
after seeing newcomers Katie Cassidy and Lauren Cohan kick some serious
butt the past few weeks, most Super fans I know have to
admit: These ladies aren't so bad after all.
So, who are these femme fatales shaking the Supernatural
scene? Listen in as Katie Cassidy (Ruby) and Lauren Cohan (Bela)
tackle the Q's fans are asking...
Supernatural has many loyal
followers who were a bit wary of you two when news of your characters
first broke. Were you surprised by that? Lauren Cohan: I was
surprised. Especially after Katie and I did our first interviews and
the [online reaction] was like, "Oh, they seem nice, maybe we should
give them a chance." I hadn't realized we were up there on the chopping
block. I have to say, though, I find it really nice that the fans are
so dedicated and care that much about the show. I think they were wary
about women coming in and changing the dynamic of the series, but it is
still very much the boys’ show. I think we are just here to cause
trouble and present some more challenges for the wonderful Winchesters
to beat.
Katie Cassidy: Yeah, I did a couple
of those interviews after we were first cast, and I don't know, I guess
I said something like, "Those boys are really cute, I wouldn't
mind...," and I was joking, but then I realized, oh crap, these fans
might take it out of context. I obviously didn't know anything at that
point! So, it was definitely a shock, but I think now that they've seen
our characters and how we are incorporated into the show, they‘re okay
with us.
And working with Jared and Jensen doesn't
suck, right?
L.C.: Right. You know, they work so hard, because they’re
really in every [scene]. But they’re very professional. And we’re all
very friendly. They’re like big brothers.
K.C.: They are awesome. I love working with them.
They’re so sweet and funny, and they bring a light humor to the set,
which is so nice when [the scenes] are so serious. And the hours are so
long, so it's good that they can lighten things up when [shooting] goes
really late.
Can you tease to anything that’s coming up with your characters?
K.C.: Most of Ruby’s scenes have been with Sam up to this
point, but Dean and Ruby end up working together in an upcoming
episode. There's going to be something the two of us basically have to
overcome.
L.C.: There's gonna be a face-off between Bela and
another baddie on the show—someone we've seen before whom we don't like
very much.
Eric Kripke has said Ruby and Bela won't
necessarily be love interests for Sam and Dean unless there was
tangible chemistry that came up between you and the guys. So, I have to
ask: How's the chemistry?
L.C.: [Laughs.] There is as much possibility for romance on
this show as there is on any other show where people are fighting and
the stakes are high and there is tension. You’ve seen in the episodes
that there is tension between Dean and [me]. It's a battle of wit, and
I think that is very sexy. But we don’t have to be sexual to be sexy.
But as of right now, we are not here to be their girls. We are here to
be the troublemakers!
K.C.: To be honest, it doesn't
seem like that's the direction they are going at this point. It feels
to me like Ruby might be teaming up with them, but that‘s about it for
now.
Do you care which way it goes?
K.C.: Whatever way they decide to go with it is good with me.
But I don’t think Ruby really has that in mind right now. She’s
definitely flirtatious and she uses her sexuality around these boys,
but I don’t think that’s what she wants from them. That’s just sort of
her bait.
L.C.: Like most people, I want
good drama. So, if that means that something saucy has to happen, then
I want that to happen. And if that is what the fans want, and that's
what seems to be the natural progression, sure. But no, I wouldn’t care
either way.
You two have infiltrated the male-dominated Winchester world.
Are you digging it?
K.C.: Yeah, definitely. It’s really fun. Although, we were
shooting this big fight scene today, and I actually have a little bit
of a headache because I had [to land] as if someone was throwing me to
the ground. I wasn't supposed to slam into the floor, but when I went
to do it, I did it a little too hard.
Um, hello! Where is your stunt double?
K.C.: I honestly love the fight scenes. They do have a stunt
double, but I try to do most of my own stuff because I've been
kickboxing training for like three months, so I kind of know what I'm
doing.
Lauren, your character is less rough and
tumble and more about playing mind games. Do you like going head to
head with the boys?
L.C.: That vein of Bela’s personality is definitely a fun one
to do. She's different from the characters I've previously played. I
almost always play a nice girl who wants to help the boy she falls in
love with, or fix the boy—which is nice, too! But it’s fun and
interesting to be bad. There have been a lot of characters like that on
TV, like Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, who started off
as an enemy, but the audience liked that and then he become a favorite.
Bela has been introduced to us as a
thief, but I heard she may be doing a bit of demon hunting as well.
L.C.: She may be, but she really is primarily a thief. And
then as her relationship [develops] with the boys, we may see her other
colors coming through. She is aware of how the whole [demon
hunting] world works, because she has to be in order to get her
business done.
And the opposite is true of Ruby. She was
introduced as a demon hunter, and then we found out she’s also
a demon.
K.C.: Yes. And she's very manipulative and she wants
something from the boys, but we don't know exactly what that is yet.
[The producers] actually haven't told me much. I definitely have my own
ideas about what her motives are, but I don’t want to give anything
away! But I will say that the next episode that Ruby appears
in, you’ll see a different side of her, a more genuine side. I'm really
excited about it, so I hope people enjoy it. She's got a lot of
different flavors going on.
Do you think Ruby was being truthful when she told Sam she
could possibly help save Dean's life?
K.C.: I can't really say! But you know, she’s a powerful
chick who is in control of every situation. She's really, really smart,
and she knows all her angles and knows how to work it. She’s on top of
her game and knows what she wants—and she's going to get it at the end
of the day.
Don't know if anyone was aware of this here in the U.S, maybe it's just me who's slow to the punch? I was looking forward to spending Thanksgiving with the Winchester Boy's?

Episode 3.10: Dream A Little Dream Of Me
Airdate: January 10, 2008
10/21 - Sam and Dean Winchester are going to "fight" Jason Voorhees in
the new season of Supernatural. "We have Jason from Friday the 13th,
the character with the hockey mask," show creator Eric Kripke tells the
Supernatural fanzine. "He shows up in episode 10. We have cleared the
rights to actually use Jason. We have a twist on it so it is not really
Jason out there but we have found an interesting way to bring him in so
Sam and Dean fight Jason from Friday the 13th. In our world, that is a
pretty cool guest star."

[Note: Some reports say that the deal fell through and that we won't
see this happening.]
10/29 - I'm told Supernatural has an episode in the vein of A Nightmare
on Elm Street, where Dean and Sam meet up with a young college graduate
who has the power to enter people's nightmares and keep them locked in
their own worst fears. Also, we'll get a double dose of Dean when he
battles a dream version of himself.

The final segment, however, took a right turn into the season arc, opening up more interesting avenues for future exploration.
The Brothers Grimm aspect was a throwback to the first season, when most of the material derived from urban legend and folklore. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, given how well the writers handle most of the concepts, but there were very few surprises. The episode gave just enough time to the idea to let a few scenarios play out, and then the source was discovered, and it was resolved, with nary a complication or twist in sight.
I, for one, would like to see what happens to this episode's "Big Bad Wolf". Here's a guy who committed murders while under "demonic" influences. There was also the Hansel &Gretel "witch". What happens to these people? I, for one, would like to know. They could possibly become potential allies for the Winchesters. Also how do the police handle them- are they considered non-guilty by reason of temporary insanity or what ?

This song is about Dean and how he feels everything strongly especially
love for his family. How even if he doesn't always let it show, he can
hurt and he can feel pain probably the strongest out of the Winchester
men. Eps 1-16 used in varying degrees.
a fun Supernatural music video of Dean and Sam. This is a mix of video
clips of bloopers with Jared and Jensen, A Day in the Life of Jared and
Jensen, and fun goofy scenes from season 1 set to the song "On Top" by
The Killers.

Hi well I have added more pics from season 2 on
