Cheers
It will be good to see Amy back in Home and Away in 2006, in her role
as Kit Hunter.
Kit now recovered from her alcoholism,is returning to the Bay to see
her family.
The word is that Kit will be no match for her step
grandmother,Amanda, who will have to watch her ways now that Kit is
back.
Amy's fan group is at:
http://tv.groups.yahoo.com/group/Amy_Mizzi/
Home And Away wasn't on last night because of the bloody
tennis then the news and then today tonight was on instead after
the tennis!
I don't mind the tennis sometimes but I wish they wouldn't have it
showing when Home And Away should be on!
Last night would of been the second episode too!! But the stupid
bloody tennis was still on!!!
Even though Hewitt was playing which is great but could they at
least do it during the day then stop it from 6pm until 7:30pm
every week night instead of going over time!!
Especially since Home And Away just started back on tv the night
before.
Tennis finished at 7:15pm then seven news came on a minute
or so later then Today Tonight came on about 8:11pm and
finished around 8:30pm I think.
Then the tennis came back on again at 8:30pm.
That's what the tv was like here in Canberra last night on prime.
Plus there wasn't anything good on tv last night anyway because
of the tennis and the cricket on win and the golden globe awards
thing in LA on ten.
The only channels were good were abc and sbs.
At least the bill was still on the abc last night! Always watch that
every week on Saturdays and Tuesday nights at 8:30pm on abc.
Other then that there was nothing worth watching last night.
At least Neighbours on ten was still on at 6:30pm. Good episode
too!
Ok I've had enough complaining now so I'll finish up here. :-)
From Clint..
Oops, just noticed in the previous subject heading in this message
thread, I had her playing Shannon Reed, who of course, was Isla
Fisher's character.

Thanks Sydney for those photos on location.
I would like to feature a couple of them on my other groups,
if I have your permission please.
I am thinking that 1 or 2 of them are appropriate to Home and Away
Doubles and others, which focusses on the Extras and double roles.
Also, I have an Isabel Lucas group, where I would like to feature a
couple of them.

Christie Hayes and Sam Atwell have now left the series.
Sam Atwell is due to star in a new series called Headwater High later this
year,about university life.
Next to go will be Rebecca Cartwright, who of course is pregnant with a wedding
later in the year to to Lleyton Hewitt.
The character of Matilda Hunter is undergoing a change at the moment.
Matilda played by Indiana Evans loses all respect for herself,is insolent
towards the teachers, has way too much make up and a very short school uniform.
Summer Bay Caravan Park has been sold, and residents evicted, the whole of the
Summer Bay community is to be destroyed by greedy developers.
I would guess you will see these episodes next year.

Thanks for this modelpower2006. How far behind you are we now in the UK?
I'm lucky enough to have both Irish and British TV, Ireland are about 2
weeks ahead of the UK.

Home And Away Alfs In Shock - Kirsty Puts Plan B In Action
June 1, 2005
Home And Away Wednesday Five 6.00
Viv's death has left Alf in a depressed, having refound his first
true love, and now she's cruelly been snatched away again. Add to
that the revelation that, years ago, she secretly gave birth to his
son, and no wonder the bi guy is feeling low.
Dani is also feeling down at Viv's death. Scott wants her to drop the
additional part of Viv's autobiography; it contains sensitive
information about Alf's past. But Dani being the true budding journo
refuses to bow to censorship, after all it makes sense of the full
manuscript, which is all Dani has left of her tormentor-turned-
mentor, so its a case of publish and be damned.
There is always the small matter of her career, as it will no doubt
provide a little boost in that department, though she does concede
that she should speak to Alf first; she doesn't want him hurt, bit
late for that one.
Over to Kirsty or is it Laura.... identical twins good to be one
especially the evil one, instant alibi for all those evil deeds! But
back to the real reason Kirsty convinces Laura to help her cheat on
her physics exam, the paln if Kirsty gets stumped, they'll do a quick
swap of identity in the loos and nobody will ever know the
difference. Laura doesn't approve ofcheats, but is obliged help due
to the guilt she still feels for not helping during Kirsty's kidney
crisis. Kirsty makes it clear that she'll only use Laura if it's
absolutely necessary, so Laura had better be ready.
Suprise suprise despite a confident start to the exam, Kirsty can
fight the temptation no more and excuses herself to go to the ladies
where Laura is hiding out. The invigilators ever observant spot
nothing when Laura returns to the exam room in Kirsty's place. But
then things start to go wrong as Kirsty collared by Dan leaving the
school and he forces her to switch places with Laura and resume her
exam. But no matter happy endings all round as Kirsty besotted with
love for Kane dedicates her efforts to finish the paper with seconds
to spare.
Thursday Five 12.30
Slick and slippery Stafford pays Dani a surprise visit, claiming to
want to talk about the manuscript, but in actual fact his real
motivation lies elsewhere. Scott feels shut out, part one of the paln
worked especially with Dani seeming to be more interested in the
autobiography than Alf's feelings.
Later, Alf tells Dani and Stafford that they can do whatever they
want with the manuscript, apart from the beginning section. They all
agree. Meanwhile, Dan has decided not to report Kirsty's attempt at
cheating. He accepts that it was one moment of foolish madness;
besides, Laura wasn't in the room long enough to affect Kirsty's
result. However, they would have gotten away with it if it weren't
for everyones moral conscious...

HOME AND AWAY FILMING LOCATION TO MOVE
Kristy Earnshaw, Gold Coast Sun
In a shock move by the Seven Network, filming of Home and Away will
move to the Gold Coast in the new year.
Says producer John Holmes, "Palm Beach [the location of filming since
1988] has served us well, however we feel that the location will be
no longer suitable for filming. New council laws will mean that the
network would have to be $100,000 a year to keep us filming there.
It's just not possible, and - after much scouting - we think we've
found the perfect alternative."
Since the beginning of the show in 1988, the show has been filmed in
Palm Beach and the surrounding district in Sydney's north. From it's
humble beginnings, with veteran actors Vanessa Downing and Roger
Oakley playing some of the shows lead characters,
'Spy' reports from last year claimed that there had been location
scouts looking at Byron Bay and the Gold Coast for another Seven
Network show (still in pre-production, being written and conceived by
Bevan Lee) under the working title 'Campus'. Instead, however, the
Palm Beach City Council had forced restrictions earlier that year
forcing them to seek elsewhere for filming.
"It's given us the opportunity for a range of new shooting locations.
We've got a new caravan park location. A new surf club. A cove area
that will play a large part in the series," says Network Script
Executive Daniel Bennet.
But not all cast members have accepted the move. The parents of core
cast member Indiana Evans have objected to the move.
"Either we can stay in Palm Beach by some miracle. Or else, we'll
have to recast the role in Queensland," says John Holmes.
Another cast member who won't be appearing on screen for the first
two months of next year is Kate Ritchie, who will be appearing along
with Amanda Muggleton in Sydney Theatre Company's production of
Shakespeare's The Tempest.
Colleen Smart,(Lyn Collingwood)takes the main picture slot
as a long time resident of Summer Bay Caravan Park.
Meanwhile the search for the Summer Bay Stalker continues,
as more residents are attacked.
It is clear now that Marc cannot be the stalker
for the reason , see Christopher Hobbs"
