We're going to talk to the hotel about placing more rooms in our block.
I know that several of you have mentioned to me that you wanted a suite,
but they told you the suites in the block were filled. If you still
want to change to a suite, or you haven't made a reservation yet and
want a suite, please let me know. We'll be talking with the sales
manager at the hotel Monday morning and will do our best to make sure
there are enough suites available in the block.

So, please email me off-list and let me know if you want a suite at
ellen99@... by Sunday if possible.

Also, if you're wanting to book the room for anything other than just
the time of the convention, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, please let me
know so I can get more room nights in the block for Thursday and Monday
if needed.
