just booked hotel last night and did not get the hotel rate they said it was all booked up. I wanted the Suites and ended up getting a king bed at a much higher rate.  I have confirm number if you can do something let me know. we wanted to stay longer and couldn't because of the rate.

Room rates should be available from Thursday through the Wednesday after
the convention.  In fact, we just added more rooms to that block.  If
the hotel tells you there are no rooms left, we can add more.  Just
email me directly at ellen99@... and I'll contact the hotel.
