Thanks for starting to make reservations so early, but give us a couple
of weeks. We just got the contract from the hotel this week and have
not yet signed and returned it. Our club member who handles hotel
relations is at MediaWest this weekend, so it will probably be first of
next week before we get it back to them. Please, try again mid to late
