is the latest of many times she's been in your bed.

Sex and affection never seem to mix.

"I should go." Nervous, like you're going to bite her
head off. You wish you were so diabolical.

Moving a hand over her bare stomach, you whisper, "You
could stay."

She flinches. "No, I can't."

You bet she wouldn't be this way with Dana. Whitaker:
the preferred woman at work or at home. Sasser: decent
enough when Whitaker's unavailable. You hate your
desperation to be chosen for once. "Then go."

She does.
