As of this morning, SciFi has not yet updated their schedulebot to
reflect the changes they have made to their SciFi Friday lineup.
There are visible on most online schedule services as well as their
November PDF file at https://www.nbcunetworks.com/default.aspx that
was updated on Nov 5th.
The major change is that Flash Gordon is being moved up and hour to 8
pm ET/PT and a repeat of the previous week's Stargate Atlantis is now
airing at 9 pm ET/PT. This will presumably give the new Atlantis
episode a stronger lead-in than Flash Gordon has been providing.
Presumably, the Battlestar Galactica Razor minisodes will still air
during Flash Gordon.
This takes Odyssey 5 completely off the schedule after two episodes.
This Friday, Nov 9th, the last Bionic Woman episode in SciFi's
repurposing deal will air at 7 pm ET/PT and next week, Nov 16, it
will theoretically air a Dresden Files episode in that time slot.
On Nov 22nd they still have an Enterprise marathon scheduled all day
(with presumably all of the Razor minisodes still airing duing the
9:00 to 10:30 pm ET/PT Enterprise episode). Nov 29th will see Flash
and Atlantis return to the schedule with the 7 pm ET/PT time slot
being the last half of the movie Bruce Almighty.
In December, the fall season finale of Atlantis airs on Dec 7th with
Flash being replaced by an SG-1 repeat with The Dresden Files filling
in the 7 pm ET/PT time slot. After that its pre-emptions all around
with a Firefly marathon on Dec 14th, movies on Dec 21st and Dec 28th.
Of course, this is all subject to change. I'll try to put something
together about how the writer's strike will be affecting upcoming
schedules on the networks this weekend.
