I can't think of any episodes where they are at the DMV, but there is
that episode where Jerry asks Elaine what percentage of the dateable
population are good looking. Elaine says something like 15 or 20%
and Jerry says that's way too high. Jerry says it's about 3% or
something really low. He says, "Have you been down to the DMV
lately? It's a leper colony down there!" And then when asked how
come everybody is getting together if they're all so ugly and Jerry
answers "Alcohol." LOL.
