Kelly and Zack each came home from a busy day,it was a Sunday
afternoon.Kelly fell asleep on the couch,and Zack came in,he accused
her of not caring about the house,or the fact that he is starving and
she won't cook.Kelly said,"look Zack.I was at the hospital all day.I
was visiting Lisa's mother,she was in a car accident,it was serious
enough.Mrs.Turtle nearly died.I went to Lisa's side.Jessie is out of
town with Slater and her stepbrother."Zack mentioned that he knew
about the hospital,but to be there for hours,and all week she ordered
food out and didn't cook.Kelly said,"look Zack.I have been busy at
the church.I have done 3 school fieldtrips in one week,the rest of
the time I was back at the office doing tons of paperwork and
answering phones.I worked overtime Monday thru Wednesday,and
yesterday.Lisa and I helped out the church with another outing,this
was an outing to the movies."Zack yelled,"you are hopeless
baby!"Kelly teared up and said,"Zack,you bastard!I try my best to
help out,but this week was ever so busy,sorry to hurt you!"Lisa
called,when she picked up the phone,she said,"oh Lisa.Zack and I had
a huge fight.I'm going to go out for a while!"Lisa said told her to
wait,she'd be right there.Lisa was there in 5 minutes,she honked for
Kelly,then when Kelly entered the car she said,"Tell me what happened
honey."Kelly started sobbing.Lisa took Kelly to a diner across town
for a bite to eat.Suddenly Screech walked in with Mr.Belding.Screech
hugged Kelly and said,"Mr.Belding's nephew owns this place,he's here
for free meals everyday."Kelly looked up with tears in her
eyes.Mr.Belding asked if she was allright,he said,"I haven't seen you
this sad since highschool graduation,what's wrong princess?"Kelly
said,"it's Zack,he yelled at me,he told me I was hopeless.I had a
busy week,where I work.I worked overtime 3 days this week,and I did a
few field trips.I helped chaperone St.Vincent's School with at least
3.Lisa and I did I mean,then today I went to see Lisa's mother,who
was almost killed in a carcrash.I stayed with Lisa because she needed
a friend.Jesse is out of town with her stepbrother and Slater,and I".
Kelly started to sob.Screech went over and hugged her.Mr.Belding
said,"I may not be your principal,but I still do care,let's go talk
Kelly.I hate to see you this upset."Kelly grabbed Screech and sobbed
out,"ok,uh.I am just so angry at,oh man!I'm just so angry and hurt."
Mr.Belding got out of the booth,he said,"Kelly,you need to
talk."Kelly said,"yes,but I."Screech held Kelly and she was
shaking,she was a mess.Mr.Belding took Kelly's hand and said,"come
with me Kelly."Kelly got up and followed Mr.Belding into the back
room."Kelly said,"what I told you at the table is true.I would like
to tell this to someone,but don't ever tell the gang about this.Zack
and I lately haven't been talking,and it seems to be taking a toll on
us.I love him,but not the way I used to,or should.I'm thinking of
leaving him and filing for a divorce.I'm not happy right now,and he
calls me impossible."Kelly broke down sobbing.Mr.Belding said,"oh
Kelly."Kelly sobbed,"I'm not happy,but what I should do is think
about our relationship,but what I fear is that nothing good will come
of it.I know that we were the hottest couple at Bayside,and at our
college,now our fireworks have fizzled out,the 4th of July in my
heart is now darkened.I don't know why I am still with him.I want you
to be the first one to hear.I'm filing for a divorce!"Mr.Belding took
Kelly's hand,put his other hand on top and just listened to Kelly
talk.Kelly said,"oh God!I can't believe this.I'm actually going to
seek a divorce!"OH MR.BELDING!!!!"Kelly sobbed out of control.There
was a knock on the door.Lisa poked her head in and said,"Jesse is
back,she wants to see you.I told her about you."Mr.Belding said,"send
her out here.I'll leave so you two can talk,you need friends right
now."Mr.Belding hugged Kelly and said,"if you need me.I'm still at
Bayside,come visit anytime princess Kelly."Mr.Belding left.Jesse came
in,shut the door and said with tears in her eyes,"oh Kelly."Kelly ran
into Jesse's arms and sobbed.Kelly and Jesse talked for about a half
hour,then Kelly said,"I have to get going.Zack and I are going to a
party tonight." Lisa and Kelly said their goodbyes and Lisa dropped
Kelly off.Zack was ready.Kelly said,"I'll be ready in a minute Zack."
Zack and Kelly soon left and went to a party that her mother was
throwing for Kelly's little sister's 18th birthday.
