| Soon Toon Disney will be gone, and a new channel "Disney XD" will take it's place. This new channel is intended as a sort of Disney Channel for Boys. Of course, this will have two major effects for existing DC fans. Animated shows that had a sanctuary on TD such as Kim Possible or American Dragon are in serious trouble. I've mentioned my theory that KP will soon be removed from DC - without TD it will likely be gone from the air entirely! And by making a DC for boys, it will also make the current Disney Channel push even further toward courting females exclusively. Disney is supposed to be family entertainment - programing for EVERYONE. And further narrowing the demographic targets is not the Disney way. I am very deeply troubled by this development.
