Does anyone know where, oh where I can find this uber-hard to find
sucker of a book? I have actually found one at $30 USD plus shipping,
but understandably would not mind finding one at a slightly cheaper
price...though, I am more than prepared to pay the $30 and shipping if
that's what it takes.

Also, does anyone know where one could find the VHS' cheap? Or better
yet, just the covers, be it the actual ones, or decent quality scans of
the covers? Having looked at the thumbnails of those here, they had
some pretty cool artwork and pictures of Marty...
