Hi,
I have no idea. But... I've been meaning to post this for awhile.
I was re-watching my new DVD of *The Maltese Falcon*, and at the very
beginning of the movie Sam Spade's partner Miles Archer is shot and
killed. At the beginning of the movie the glass door reads "Spade &
Archer"; halfway through the movie you see someone ***painting letters
on the glass*** and in the rest of the movie the door says "Sam
Spade..." (I think it's "confidential investigations", but I don't
remember. Anyway, in the first episode of the new RnHd there's a scene
where a guy is repainting the glass door of the office. The secretary
sends him away. The scene in the TV show is very, very similar to the
scene in the classic movie.
Just thought I'd share.
