Kym, I don't know what you mean. Are you refering to
why the season was not renewed?

A lawsuit brought on by Sony Pictures against
Fireworks, killed the show. Sony maintained that Queen
of Swords was a rip off of Zorro. The courts ruled on
points to both sides and the QOS probably could have
continued, but by then it was several months after the
series had been cancelled.
