David, A few questions? How did you folks try to encourage public access usage? What are the rules that you wanted people to go by? We would be glad to help...
So the short story is that YOU DO HAVE Public Access in your area, on channel 70. Isn't it possible that some of your residents may be dealing with Cablevision...
