Jon,
Although I've only done 1 TeckStuff Live, I can give you some advice after
directing many Live shows...
The main thing is for you and the talent to just take everything in stride,
and don't get upset <or at least don't show that your upset> if something
doesn't go right...
I have found that the audience doesn't really know if something is right or
wrong, intentional or accidental...so it is best not to draw attention to
it. For example, if you are taking calls...and someone uses foul language
or is abusive...it is best to just hang up and not react to how they were
acting. I have seen talent on the set go nuts when someone was like this,
and it just seemed to attract others to do the same...
Good Luck and just "wing it",
Steve

Well,
The Host has confirmed... The guest's are confirmed... The Crew is
confirmed... Just about everything is in place for Mondays Live show...
I am still a little nervous. I have worked as crew on a number of live
productions, but I have never produced my own. I'm not gonna stress too much
over it though... there is not much that I can do before monday evening
anyway.
