GREAT CLIPS! Thanks to all involved for making them
available to us to enjoy!

What would a great ending to the Search eppy called "Moonrock" be
without an original classic tv commercial, and one of my favorite tv
commercials was a commercial spot for "Certs Breath Mints!"
And i wonder who was that actress in that commercial? where that woman
and her lover were at a lake just canoeing together, and all sorts of
stuffs!
Any ideas?
Rick
Ive heard of None anyplace & if so wed hear about it Here 1st.
I wish they could do a SEARCH movie now with todays FX.
IE Enemy of the State, I Spy, 007 combined in gadgets.
Give agents PDAs, Bluetooths, celphones for ext comm devices
& hidden coat devices for defense etc.
Now that would be Nice.
Thanks, for the Info.
Ill watch or try to see Alias.
Did U see XXX & XXX State of the Union yet movies????

Forget the internal body implants. Considering how much Bianco's earjack was
pulled in & out, he mihgt as well have had an ear plug which is what Bristow
& her CIA people wear. She also carries a mini-cam with on-line info being
fed to her on all sorts of things. It's as near Search as you've got on the
box at the moment.

Maybe the NEW Probe Control Center layout should combine the following:
o Orig TV serial.
o Time Tunnel TIC TOC Center, Time Tunnel TV show
o Westworld, 1970s?
o Solo, 1996 movie
o XXX State of the Union NSA VA Hqs Center, 2005
o Tracy Island, Thunderbirds 2004 movie.
With agents & techs using PDAs, laptops offconsole,
3D Xray imaging, IR, Night Vision, Ground radar scanners etc
miniturized for use by Techs & agents.
Anyone up for Conceptualizing this on Adobe???
Use estd sources & archieves.
(do see XXX State of the Union 2005 on DVD).
Maybe Probe can be Bilevel control with above VIP seating for guests
on Missions???
ala 1966 movie Fantastic Voyage CMDF Hqs center.
First of all, I would like to thank Bill Webb with the new Search Images
and maybe later this fall he could add the link and some images to the
episodes "In Search Of Midas" and "Let Us Prey!" too
Thanks a bunch, Bill, Probe One out..
Rick
I taped some of the series when it was on...
It's prolly in 6 hour mode, and might be of medium-low quality. I'll
have to dig out the tape, and look it over. I'm pretty sure the pilot
and at least a couple of other episodes are on it.
PLEASE don't fill up my inbox til I know what I've got.
If the tape's in good enough condition, would someone consider
converting it to DVD for me?
In the mean time, we would be most curious to know where you taped episodes off
the air.

A few months back, someone posted a listing of old
Universal series that were going to be released on DVD
this year, 2005. I know, I'm positive, IT TAKES A
THIEF starring Robert Wagner was among them, but
damned if I can find any scrap of info as of today;
release date, schedule, anything.
If anyone knows anything about this, I'd be obliged
for an update!

Generally, your best source for any TV SHOW-oriented info is
www.tvshowsondnd.com. They really do a great job gathering any and all TV
Show-on-DVD-related info.
A quick check reveals that--Hey! THE ROCKFORD FILES is coming out (speaking
of Universal series)! http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=4128
But perhaps this is what you saw/heard about, William:

*I'd* buy IT TAKES A THIEF on DVD! Alexander Mundy ROCKS! ;)
Jim Alexander
Hi: I haven't heard anything definite on a DVD release of "It Takes
a Thief." It supposedly will be released during 2005, but it could
also be delayed. As Jim mentioned, "The Rockford Files" will finally
be released on DVD toward the end of this year.
The famous article Jim mentioned, listing over 100 shows slated to go
on DVD during 2005, including "It Takes a Thief":

NBC-Universal DVD Releases - you'll have to go to this home page,
then use their search engine for the show you want (if an
announcement about your show doesn't already appear on the home page):

Did U see XXX The State of the Union movie??
Excellent FX & sets & the NSA VA XXX Base would be ideal for a Probe Control Hqs
complex & or the Main Set used in the movie.
See XXX State of the Union on DVD.
Fine movie.
Must see.
Sorry for being to cryptic.
(homegrown spy Probe here???)

Thanks for the info, DGH and Jim. I hit the Universal
site. No sign of THIEF, but it was nice to see
KOLCHAK THE NIGHT STALKER coming out!

*LOVE* KOLCHAK, too!!!! ;)
Jim
Bad news, folks.
What I've got on tape isn't "Probe" aka "Search", but six episodes of
the Parker Stevenson series called "Probe".
http://imdb.com/title/tt0125605/
Sorry to get your hopes up, but seems I was confused.

You're not the FIRST person to get the two confused. Thanks
for giving it a shot, AND thanks for keeping the PROBE
CONTROL list abreast. :)

You Brits have a LOT of cool stuff we don't! Like the über-cool INVISIBLE MAN
TV series with Vincent Ventresca (my first amazon.com.uk purchase!!!). ;)
Which reminds me. Has IM's SECOND SERIES come out yet, Geoff?
