There are reports that Prisoner actor Reg Evans has been killed in the fires
that have devastated parts of Victoria in the last few days.He decided to stay
to defend his farm and is missing presumed dead along with his wife.Reg was best
known for h ios part as private detective Howard Simmons who was hired to
clllllear Jenny Hartley of her grandmothers murder,althugh he played other roles
in the series.My condoilences go to his friends and family at this tragic
time,along with all other affected by these terrible fires.
