"first-cousins". I concede that court "opinions" claim it's lawful to
appoint judges, who never face opposition in "elections", or who never
face any election at all. However, has there ever been an intelligent
court challenge that addressed the Separation of Powers doctrine,
specifically on these issues, taken to both the Tennessee Supreme court,
and appealed from Tennessee to the US Supreme Court? Just because this
is the current procedure, or court "opinion", does not make it moral,
ethical, legal, lawful, constitutional, nor guaranteed from reversal in
the future. Slavery was once legal, too, according to all courts. I'm
stating my assertion that the current procedure is incorrect, and not
good public policy, and it's possible my opinion will prevail in future
court decisions, or result from constitutional amendments. Here's two
examples of our insane government passing immoral and illegal "laws",
and why The People refer to their would-be rulers as "Gangster
Government":
1. Tennessee legislature passed a bill naming Interstate 140, for a
CONVICTED HIT-AND-RUN KILLER. The American Motorcyclict Assn currently
asks its million members to boycott Blount and Knox counties in
Tennessee, to protest the Senator Carl Koella Memorial Highway. Mae
Owenby, a former state rep for Blount County, told me that Koella was a
crack cocaine addict, "who knew were every crack house was located
between Maryville and Nashville", according to an eyewitness state
legislator, and that Koella stole the election from her during his DUI
arrest for fatal hit-and-run. Owenby had been declared the winner on
election night. From other sources, such as Sid Gilreath and his
former-FBI investigator, and other sources, Koella was allegedly the
cocaine kingpin of Blount County. Over $1-billion/year in cocaine flows
through Blount County's Knoxville International airport, according to
FBI statements, newspaper reports and criminal court transcripts in the
1980s. 2. Knoxville city council passed an ordinance awarding a
contract to REPLACE CITY COURT AND KPD WITH A FOREIGN MILITARY

was the first mayor in USA to hire this Australian corporation, to

Australian company as "Scottsdale, Arizona". As a stock broker,
"handling" government CAFR pension funds, I'm sure Bob was aware that
REDflex is traded on the Australian Stock Exchange, and that their stock
rises every time it wins another contract in USA. Cathy Plenge, in her
"expert opinion" as an MD, claimed this scam was legal, even thogh
robocop traffic tickets lack personal service of process and other legal
requirements, such as ID of the vehicle driver. Then she asked, "What
does 'pro se' mean?" All members of the Media Mafia in USA prove they
are pathological liars, by parroting this lie, claiming that REDflex is
an "American company", as if that makes its unconstitutional actions
legal, and makes increasing the number of vehicular assaults and
vehicular homicides "legal". Do you really believe it's legal to turn
over Tennessee courts, and Tenessee tax revenue, to a foreign
corporation? If so, I recommend you resign as judge immediately, since
this appeal will eventually be tested in Tennessee courts. Knoxville
Municipal Corporation will lose over $800,000/year in tax revenue under
this contract. But then its City Court keeps an illegal TOP SECRET court
docket anyway, so nobody knows where its revenue goes, according to its
city auditor in a dozens articles in Knoxville Sentinel, when I
subpoenaed the city court clerk, who confessed in city court, about the
missing docket of 125,000 annual "misdemeanor citations".
Knoxville's city court "judge" was appointed by the mayor, serves at
the whim of city council, and is not elected to 8-year term as required
by the TN Constitution. Thus, this city magistrate is a member of the
executive branch, not the judicial branch, and cannot rule upon criminal
cases resulting in incarceration, but can only decide civil cases. Are
you disputing this fact of law? I merely assert that TN's appellate
judges might also be subject to similar constitutional restrictions, if
any lawyers actually attempted to appeal on this issue. It's been my
educated observation that most lawyers don't know how to appeal a case,
and most have never won an appeal in their entire career. Just becase a
particular case has not yet been appealed, does not mean it won't be in
the future, and does not mean it wont prevail on the merits. For
example, in the unpublished case of Onks vs City of Cookville, lawyers
Ernie Onks and Jerry Burgess were sued by City of Cookville Municipal
Corporation for 200 "unpaid parking tickets" at the court house. Onks
and Burgess asserted they were never served process, and that
Constitutional Equal Protection doctrine applied. Since govt employees
got free parking, specifically judges, that meant The People (the 4th
branch of govt) also get free parking. Onks and burgess lost in city
court, circuit court, and TN court of appeals. Then, magically, City of
Cookeville voluntarily dismissed its case, and volunteerily removed all
200 parking meters in Cookeville, and gave everyone free parking. This
prevented a statewide precedent being set by TN supreme court, since all
municipalities violate this constitutional protection of rights, and
steal the sheeples' money on a daily basis with unconstitutional parking
tickets. You can read this case on Westlaw. I ignored your 3 raving
lunatic threats of extortion on my telephone answering machine, without
listening to them, as a courtesy to you. No wonder your ex-husband
divorced you, with your Jekyl and Hyde personality. However, all future
