There was also a miniseries called "Beulah Land" starring Leslie
Ann Warren and Meredith Baxter, from 1980 that was a civil war story.
I remember it from when I was a kid. I bought it a few years ago,
but never got the chance to watch it, and then I gave it away.
Anyway, my point was, this was a fun cw miniseries too.
I bought mine from Amazon.com, it was used and I got it for cheap.

I heard the Alamo was a lousey movie, but I have not seen it yet. I
have also heard that you need to know all the history surrounding
the Alamo, or you won't understand it. I'm not very familiar with
