I guess not YouTube, though I wonder if they would really flag New
York Undercover as it isn't as popular as Law and Order or any of the
other shows uploaded, and it isn't out on dvd or in syndication.
There are a lot of other options out there - DailyMotion, Veoh, DivX,
etc - if you look on the site for where other people have uploaded
shows, you'll see that Dailymotion and Veoh are two of the most
popular sites.

I've already added New York Undercover to the Shows Request list, and
I'm hoping that if anyone finds a link to an episode that has been
uploaded will add it to this site so it will be more accessible for
people to watch. There are ways of hiding the episodes so that they
aren't easily searchable or identifible by the people checking for
copyright infringement, but I'm not exactly a pro at it. But PLEEASE,
someone!! Even if it's only the Danny Court episodes!!!! I can't
afford the DVDs right now, and I'd just like to reminisce a little bit!
