Ivan Dixon, actor, director,star of
"Hogan's Heroes",and several NOTG episodes
("The Black Answer" & "The Incomparable Connie
Walker") has died.

He appeared in several other series'
produced by NOTG Producer Leslie Stevens,
most notably Stoney Burke, The Outer Limits
"The Human Factor & The 2-part "The Inheritors")
and also the TV-movie "Fer-De-Lance"
from 1974. Subsequently, he went on to
become a very prolific TV director.

I will always remember his performance as Mayor
Connie Walker in one of the best-ever Name Of
The Game shows, "The Incomparable Connie Walker".
To me, this show was so good it could have been
a series itself. Mr. Dixon will be missed. Anyone
out there have any stories / information about the
apparent long-standing working relationship between
Ivan Dixon and producer Leslie Stevens?
