the necklace he wears is made of the skulls of
seven priests that he had eaten but could not sink the
skeletons to the bottom of his river. nothing is able to
float on that river for for some reason those skulls
did. when the bodhisattva avaloketesvara told sandy to
become tripitaka's disciple he made him wear the skulls
as a rosary as a kind of punishment.
