It's that time again.

Yes, time for Gallifrey... and to get ready we're going to throw a
birthday party for Jeff Elston at this month's Tav (on Thursday, you
know). Jeff thought it would be good to go back to Old Chicago in
Uptown as that worked so well last month. It's right on Hennepin and
