I hadn't viewed Dr. Who in a long time until last October 9th.

However, I think Dr. Who represents the opposite of many American
movies. Many American movies have excellent special effects, but the
story line of these movies are terrible.

Dr. Who has much better story lines, and plot, it just that the
special effects aren't so good. This is what makes it funny too
