If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com, you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.
How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!! This is a great site. Please send a card. It is FREE and it only takes a second. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against

Miami Vice as powerful
TV series of all-time had premiered on September 16, 1984 until lasted
on July 28, 1989. This series has five seasons that broadcast on NBC at
every Friday from 10:00pm to 11:00pm. Anthony Yerkovick created the
show while Michael Mann and Dick Wolf are the producers of the show.
Starring Don Johnson as James "Sonny" Crockett and Philip Michael
Thomas as Ricardo “Rico” Tubbs they are Miami Police Detectives.
It was about the two detective officers, Crockett
who lived at the sailboat with his alligator named Elvis and Tubbs, a
black police officer in New York who is searching for the murderer of
his brother. The two went to Florida and share their own adventures and
misadventure as they continue battling against drug, prostitution, and
firearms in the underworld of the Miami City. This show has complete
innovative jumped pack action and adventures series during the late
80's era.
It made my day when I got it. It's to me the most
underrated/misunderstood season of all. You can see Hellboy in the Walk
Alone episode which is one of my faves. The hotel where Willie Nelson
stays in El Viejo has trippy blue and green interiors, like I remember
it. Killshot is actually a bit better than I remember, too.
i'm back with hot news, with John we have decided to do something anyway next year. it's less ambitous, it's true, just meet with him, autograph & photo, the tickets are online now price 35€ www.contv.1s.fr

Don't buy Pepsi in the new can. Pepsi has a new "patriotic" can coming out with pictures of the Empire State Building, and the Pledge of Allegiance on them. However, Pepsi left out two little words on the pledge,
"Under God." Pepsi said they didn't want to offend anyone.
In that case, we don't want to offend anyone at the Pepsi corporate office, either! So if we don't buy any Pepsi product, they will not be offended when they don't receive our money that has the words

For the rest of you firearms afficionados out there who have always
wanted to get a Bren 10mm just like the one Crockett carried for the
first two seasons, but like most of us can't afford the $5,000 price
tag for one of the (very, very rare) originals, good news at last.
Vltor Weapons Systems is currently working on pre-production testing
of a new version of the original design of this pistol. They are
calling it the Fortis. Externally, it will be pretty much a dead
ringer for the Bren, although they are making some internal changes
to correct weaknesses in the original design. (And, hopefully,
putting modern tritium three-dot combat sights on it.) The company
has not promised a solid release date, but are suggesting that they
hope to go into full production around the end of this year.
Of course, they will be offering the Fortis in the original two-tone
finish of the real Bren, so anyone who wants theirs to look like
Sonny's will have to do exactly what was done for the show... get the
slide hard-chromed. Somehow, I'm pretty sure Galco will likely offer
a version of their Miami Classic shoulder rig for the new pistol in
very short order. So, all us Sonny Crockett wannabes can finally get
the gun/holster combination we've always dreamed of. Merry Christmas,
pal.

Carina:
There was an album of Jan's Miami Vice music released called The
Complete Collection. I don't know if it has the particular pieces you
are seeking or not... and it is VERY expensive these days, due to it's
rarity.
Check out the following listing on Amazon.com:

Good luck,
Dale
Hi there! My name is Carina and I live in Sweden. I'm 29 years old and
I became a fan when I was 12. I also love Jan Hammer's music. And I
wonder if anyone know if you can find some of his music that's not
released. I'm specially interested in songs from the episodes:
Phil the Shill (when they're going to the amusement park)
Duty and honor(in the end)
I hope someone can help
Carina.
I personally liked most of the movie. Aside from a few modernizations
that were neccessary to make the updated version believable, I thought
they stayed true to the general natures of the major characters. I
originally questioned the casting of Farrell as Crockett, but he pulled
it off nicely. The only casting that I really disliked was Castillo...
nobody but Olmos could own that role, so they should have simply
created a new Lieutenant for the unit. It would have been interesting
to see further development of the characters of the new Zwytek and Zito.
The only part of it I felt was done badly was the raid on the mobile
home. Today, even on short notice, that would have been carried out by
the Metro-Dade SWAT team, especially with a cop being held hostage.
Actually, the one thing that REALLY ticked me off was the bad cover
version of "In the Air Tonight" that accompanied the arrival of the
characters at the climactic showdown. The original Phil Collins version
would have sounded much better, and been equally effective in setting
the mood. And while we're talking about soundtrack, at least a musical
nod to Jan Hammer at some point in the movie would have been a nice
gesture.
All in all, though, I liked it.
