You can love or hate Kim Kelly, you have to admit
that Busy Philipps is a great actress, so I have
started a club for her
at:<br><br><a href=http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/busyphilipps
target=new>http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/busyphilipps</a> <br><br>We'll have
updates about her projects,
cool Freaks and Geeks stuff and of course where you
can see her on TV and in print (And yes, she is going
to be on VH1's "The List" -- find out when it will
air) <br><br>Thanks!
Remember kiddies, next Friday, my VCR will be set
because the pilot is being re-shown, perhaps for the last
time. Pilots aren't shown too much over the course of a
series. <br><br>Then, the next day, if the World Series
has ended, we're gonna get a whole new, amazing
Halloween episode of "Freaks and Geeks!"<br><br>It's been a
tough hiatus but we handled it well.
I just got some info that Martin who plays Bill
will be starring in a new movie called "Eyeball
Eddie." And Martin has the lead role. Here read what it's
about.<br><br>"Eyeball Eddie" is the story of the stormy relationship
between a prosthetic glass eye and the insecure boy stuck
behind it. What follows is a dark comedy about the price
of popularity. In the world of high-school
wrestling, there is only the strong and the weak - and EDDIE
MALICK may be the weakest you've ever seen. Shy,
scrawny, and perpetually body-slammed, Eddie seems as
fragile and pathetic as his own morbid glass eye. But
when that eye accidently pops out during a match,
Eddie seizes the moment, pins his horrified opponent to
the mat - and suddenly realizes that the perfect
strategy for victory sits in his socket. Of course, as
Eddie continues to exploit this advantage, word of his
victories spreads through the school - and Eddie becomes a
freakish sensation. The bleachers fill with fans eager to
see another Eyeball Eddie gross-out show - and while
this sudden celebrity status has long been his dream,
Eddie begins to worry...is my eyeball becoming more
popular than I am?
Just incase any of you were wondering were i went a was really sick all day
yesterday, i won't go into details, but I just thought i would let you know i am
back.
Hey all! This club looks cool. It's always good to see more Freaks and Geeks
sites popping up here and there. See ya around here and on the board at
freaksandgeeks.com.<br><br>Pete
Hey guys :) Its great to see some other fans
working hard to carve out a lil niche for the show we
love. Just joined, its nice to meet ya'll (as we say
down here in the south ;) ) I think its great that
Paul Feig took the time to visit, it just shows how
dedicated he is to the show and its fans, its really
impressive the hands on attitude he has, thats pretty rare
for most tv producers/creators. He's going to spoil
us ;) I used to think it was the best thing since
sliced bread that the Buffy creator Joss Whedon visited
the official PB every now and then. So I was pretty
shocked that Mr. Feig has taken such an active part in
the fan community. And congrats to the founder of
this nifty lil club, its a great spot! :) <br>
~Callie~
Even though I asked that Paul would stop by I
never imagined he actually would!!!! Thank you so much
Paul and I hope that my club will continue to grow
with fans of the show. I hope you stop by again
sometime.
Dear McKinley High members:<br><br>Ay, carumba,
it's taken me days to figure out how to be able to
post here but I've finally cracked it! (I'm not
exactly what you'd call a computer genius, I'm ashamed to
say.) <br><br>I just wanted to write to all of you here
and say thanks so much for starting this page. It's
having this kind of support that makes us feel we're
doing a good job making a show you like. I hope that
we'll always be able to make shows that you enjoy and
that you'll continue to watch our little
series.<br><br>Any time you have any questions or comments, please
feel free to post them here or on the message board at
freaksandgeeks.com. I'll always try to answer, even though I might
not be able to all the time -- as you can imagine, a
ton of time and effort goes into producing an hour
long TV show. But as much as I can, I'm here for
you.<br><br>Thanks again and long live McKinley High!<br>Paul
Feig<br>Creator of "Freaks and Geeks"
I sent him an email asking if he would stop by my
club and like post a message or something and i just
got an instant message from him. He couldn't get the
post board for the club to work, so I told him and
hopefully he will post a message that would be so
incredibly cool.
wow i always wondered how the rating system
worked like for WWF the ratings are normally 7 points so
i guess that's like 7 million viewers that is so
cool. And I think the night and time is fine, well at
least for me but that's 'cause i 14 and in my town
there is nothin to do except watch TV oh my sad little
life.
While Paul Feig would probably love to hear how
much everyone likes the show, the email that really
needs to be sent to let the network know how much you
like F&G should be sent
to:<br><br>freaksandgeeks@...<br><br>Ratings mean money to the networks and
if a show is not
bringing in the ratings, the network will take it out and
put something in that will make it money. However,
they are also sensitive to what the public wants. I
think we all agree that F&G needs to move nights. But
until then, let's let the network know how we feel
about this great show.<br><br>Remember, just as 1
rating point represents 1 million people watching the
show, 1 letter represents many more viewers that feel
the same way you do.<br><br>So start (or keep)
writing!
What's most important is to e-mail freaksandgeeks@... and tell them you LOVE
THE SHOW and thank them for putting it on the air. These are the people who can
make sure that it isn't cancelled!
I am so with you I can't believe that NBC would
do this and tease us with two episodes and then no
more for almost a month!! It's outrageous! Between
this and the horrible time slot I'm starting to think
that the network has something against this show.
I was just on the producers site and this is what
he said:<br>We're going into three weeks of
pre-emptions because of the World Series. (And by the way, our
Halloween episode will be airing on Friday, October 29th,
at 9pm, after "Providence.") <br>So that means no
freaks and geeks for 3 weeks!!!!!! I'm gonna cry. I knew
I should have been taping those episodes so I could
watch them over and over till the show comes back. What
are we going to do? Man I have always hated baseball,
now i really think that baseball must die!!!! Whos
with me?
In my e-mail conversations, he does seem very nice indeed. I have spoken to the
Just Shoot Me writers and they are cool and nice too. From what I hear that is
rare.
Wow that is pretty cool. And I was so surprised
when I just came back to my club and had already
gotten 5 members. I had looked like 2 hours ago and had
absolutly no members I guess it had to of been my posting
in other clubs. But anyways thanks for joining

He came to my college last year as part of a
indepentant film series called Flix Tour he preseented the
film he wrote directed and stared in. I am a
journalist at my school and got a chance to interview him
while he was at home and also while he was here. He
told me that he hadd the show up in front of the
networks and might be on next year. Let's jsut say I was
so excited when it was and I was able to talk about
it in my article before hand. I have to say I think
I did a pretty nice job and Mr Feig is the nicest
guy in the world. Very down to earth.
I would just like to welcome all you new members who joined my club. I hope that
you like the pictures. Please tell me who you would like to see more of and I
will try to get more pictures of them.

THE FREAKS COME OUT AT NIGHT! -- On Halloween
1980, everyone is out for some laughs as Sam (John
Daley) convinces his other geek pals to dig up costumes
for just one more year of trick-or-treating -- before
they're too old -- while Lindsay (Linda Cardellini) bags
her promise to help her enthusiastic mother (Becky
Ann Baker) hand out candy and instead joins her
fellow freaks for a night of raucous mischief and
mayhem. However, as the night grows wilder, both Weir
kids regret their decisions when Sam encounters an old
bully nemesis and Lindsay tosses one too-many rotten
eggs.
