The other one I can remember is the one where his daughter defended a murderer
and got him off and found out latter that he did in fact murder the victim.

Has Matlock's client ever committed the crime? I remember one
episode where Matlock realized his client was guilty, and coaxed an
in-court confession out of her by incriminating her best friend on
the witness stand (as only Ben can!).

Does anyone else remember this episode, or any other instance where
Ben represented the murderer after all? Let me know.
