Apprentice 1st Year Butcher Required
Requirements:
- Must be a people's person
- Must know a good skirt from a fatty rump
- Must be willing to come on an adventure with some pretty
out there sausage ideas
What does the job pacifically entail?
- Butterfly, cryovac and cut a nice piece of rack off lamb
- Present meat attractively in the display cabinet
