Dear Alisa,

All of us in the ZEN NOIR community were
deeply saddened to learn that our beloved
KIM CHAN died on Sunday, October 5th, 2008.

A brilliant character actor with a long,
distinguished career, Kim continued acting
well into his 90s. He brought such incredible
talent, sensitivity, humor and grace to the
role of the Zen Master that it's simply
impossible to imagine ZEN NOIR without him.

We count ourselves lucky to have had the
privilege of knowing and working with Kim,
and watching in awe as as he delivered one
his finest performances in a lifetime of
amazing performances.

Our deepest condolences to his family and
friends.
