I have a problem that the last place i lived my landlord only sent me back a check for 35 dollars of my $850 deposit that i had to give before i moved in. Now i been trying to find out how came i get my money because he took out for everyday wear and tear if the apartment and i don't think i should have payed for that. Can you help me out because i have been trying for almost a year. Also i have a problem with my current landlord he has enter my house many times with out my promission. I have made a police report about this , but he hastold me to get out of his house. But my lease is not up until December, this is all because he don't want to fix what need to be fist.
