I was retained by a third party to retrieve information and
evidence on the creation, appointment, alleged theft, sales,
distribution, marketing and exploitation of the home movie /
videotape of Jenna Lewis and Travis Wolfe. I have interviewed
friends, family members and associates of both Lewis and
Wolfe and people directly or indirectly associated with this case.
This is a report (BRIEF) of my findings. There is absolutely no
confidential information within this brief.
At the end of the brief you may reach your own "reasonable"
conclusion. I have submitted my own "reasonable" conclusion. It
is merely my own assumption based on what was presented to
me.
Lewis / Wolfe traveled from Burbank California to Las Vegas
Nevada by car on or around the April 30th 2004. Prior to that trip
Lewis' two 7 year-old children were left in the care of their father,
Ms. Lewis' ex-husband, Adam Whitney.
The home movie / videotape investigated was apparently shot on
their wedding night May 1st, 2004 however there is no evidence
within the tape that can categorically prove this to be so. It
visually appears to be shot following a wedding ceremony.
Upon returning from Las Vegas May 2, 2004 Lewis/Wolfe
retrieved the two children from Mr. Whitney. Making Mr. Whitney
the first person available to Lewis/Wolfe. Mr. Whitney maintains a
key to the apartment.
The tape(s) are shipped to a company in Denmark the very next
day as reported by the website www.reality...
Weeks following their (Lewis / Wolfe) return from Las Vegas,
Adam Whitney is arrested by Burbank Police Officers at his
home in Burbank California on a federal warrant out of New
Hampshire. This warrant was issued and served for failing to
appear on a restitution hearing or breach.
Three or more years prior to this brief Mr. Whitney was arrested
in New Hampshire for embezzlement in which he plead guilty to
and was to pay more than $90,000 in "restitution". He failed to
pay as prescribed by the courts.
On or around May 9th Ms. Lewis attempted to gain Mr. Whitney's
release. She was not successful.
Mr. Whitney was then extradited to New Hampshire where he
faced a multi year sentence for failing to appear and failing to pay
restitution. This in turn brings back the original charge.
After more than a month in custody Ms. Lewis paid more than
$50,000 to garner Mr. Whitney's release. This is NOT bail but
restitution.
Conclusion; IF Mr. Whitney stole then sold the tape(s) in
question Ms. Lewis would probably not report him to authorities
for the same reason she paid for his release. He is the father of
her children. It is my belief that she will never reveal the source of
the leak.
