Jeanetta had the most beautiful hair,when she
wore it long. Why did she cut it,when it looked so
gorgeous? Did somebody at the Weather Channel make her cut
it,if they did they were probably jealous.
Hopefully,she will let it grow out long again!!!!!!

Since she's a Texan and has spent so much time in the south, it's a wonder she
doesn't have more of a southern accent.  JJ has been looking great lately,

daughter, was born in Plainview, Texas, (pop. 22,656) and
attended high school in Macon, Ga. She has a bachelor’s
degree in broadcast news from the University of Georgia.
Before joining The Weather Channel in 1986, she was a
reporter and did the weather at WSPA-TV in Spartanburg,
S.C. (pop. 42,136).

Does anyone know of her exact age?  She's been on TWC for at least 14 years to
my knowledge and she looks almost the same today as she did when I first noticed

I usually prefer women wearing their hair long but Jeanetta's face is just so
pretty that it doesn't make much difference. As long as you can see her eyes,
she'll look beautiful.

Does anyone remember that Jeanetta had her own
production company? It was called JJ Productions. Jeanetta
went to exotic places 0on vacation and videotaped them
I bought a tape back in '92 when she went to
Hawaii. She also had tapes of other places. I don't know
if she still has the company or not. I also have a
signed photo.

I used to have pictures of her with the long curly hair and a forest-green satin
blouse.  WOW!  Those were the days.  Now it is all heavy bulky jackets and short
"duth-boy" cuts!

I agree, her peak was around 1989 or 90 when it
was both curly and medium long. The long straight
hair after that was ok too, but it broke my heart when
she got it cut... All the OCMs seem to have shorter
hair these days...

Jeanetta Jones is the best on air weather person,
that the WC has to offer. She is intelligent, and
knows her weather. No one else can hold a mic to her.
She isnt just smart, she is also beautiful.
