I love Horatio Hornblower - If you liked it as much as I did, you
have to check out the new Sea Warriors site! I found it at
www.seawarriors.com
It's like a companion video to all the novels we love to read and its
presented by Richard Woodman, the author of the Nathaniel Drinkwater
novels. They also interview Douglas Reeman , that's Alexander Kent
who writes the Richard Bolitho Novels and a new author I hadn't heard
of, Julian Stockwin who writes about a pressed man, Thomas Kydd. And
some of the other experts are Tom Pocock, Colin White, Robert
Gardiner all shot at some historic location in England.
They said they are filming on location in the UK and aboard the
Endeavour sailing out of Falmouth. They are still finishing it and
say it will be released in June 2003. Said it would be on Amazon.com
too.
Check it out if you are a history buff and want to see what life was
like in Nelson's Navy. Pretty cool.
