It doesn't matter. There was a question on a test
I took once. It says "When making decisions, would
you rather be fair, or correct." By fair, they mean
giving a KKK member the same chance as everybody else,
but by correct, they mean locking that member up in a
jail cell full of angry black toughguys. I don't think
that Kellerman entirely knew what he was doing, but I
think he containted enough control to think things
over. Anyway, regardless, are we forgetting about
Narcotics Det. Terri Stivers? She would have still covered
Luther, and the uniforms were coming in. As soon as
Kellerman iced that scumwad, the other cops came pouring
in. Luther may have been a dickless dipshit, but I
don't think he'd have tried to show off his balls by
shooting another person that day in a room full of cops.
